I’m not going to tell you what you should do or eat. I’m also not going to make you scroll ten pages of musings and advertisements to see a recipe. What I will do is provide my favorites that have minimal processing, trans fats, sodium, and white sugar. I’ll try my best to provide replacements for common allergens. I’ll also focus on sharing things I’ve learned, like how to use a cranberry or eat a squash, that everyone else seems to already know.
Honestly, I’m not much of a planner when it comes to meals. I want what I want when I want it (I should probably talk to someone about that). So one focus of this part of my site is on throwing together a quick dinner with what I already have when I’m tired. Enough talk. Let’s eat.
